Family

In a world where I wandered, lost and alone,

I searched for a place that felt like home.

The roads were endless, the skies too wide,

I longed for a place where I could hide.

But then, like the sun through the darkest night,

I found my people, I found their light.

A hand that reached, a voice that called,

A circle that welcomed me, no matter how small.

They didn’t ask where I’d been or why,

They never questioned fate, never questioned the sky.

With laughter and love, they heal my scars,

Under the same moon, beneath the same stars.

In their smiles, I found a home,

No longer lost, no longer alone.

Their warmth makes me feel loved and accepted

I found my people in the unexpected.
